(ETPZF), and a subsidiary of Energy Transfer LP (ET-OLD)) (“ETO”) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its 2.900% senior notes due 2025, $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of its 3.750% senior notes due 2030 and $2.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.000% senior notes due 2050 (collectively, the “senior notes”) at a price to the public of 99.924%, 99.843% and 99.914%, respectively, of their face value.
ETO also announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 500,000 of its 6.750% Series F Fixed-Rate Reset Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units (the “Series F Preferred Units”) at a price of $1,000 per unit, and 1,100,000 of its 7.125% Series G Fixed-Rate Reset Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units (the “Series G Preferred Units,” and together with the Series F Preferred Units, the “preferred units”) at a price of $1,000 per unit.
The offering of senior notes and the offering of preferred units are being conducted as separate offerings pursuant to separate prospectus supplements and neither offering is contingent upon the other. Each of the offerings is expected to settle on January 22, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Stasera ho liquidato GLADD e SSWA: presumendo il richiamo alla prima data utile, ho preferito incassare tutto subito. Da tempo penso anche di liquidare AGOB e AFC, mi domando come mai non richiamino visti i tassi con cui ormai viene emesso debito junior da emittenti meno affidabili...ma per ora resisto.

Stasera ho liquidato GLADD e SSWA: presumendo il richiamo alla prima data utile, ho preferito incassare tutto subito. Da tempo penso anche di liquidare AGOB e AFC, mi domando come mai non richiamino visti i tassi con cui ormai viene emesso debito junior da emittenti meno affidabili...ma per ora resisto.

Buon anno a tutti anche da parte mia . Anche io ho liquidato in questi giorni GLADD oramai in post cal e incassando tutto il plus oltre i 25 di rimborso , ma non mi sono fermato sempre per una riflessione legata alle molte emissioni in post call ho venduto Newtek 6,25 NEWTI. , e la well fargo 5,25 WFC-P . Mi sono stufato della perenne debolezza della nuova emissione youngevity e ho liquidato in perdita la piccola posizione . Come ultimo ho liquidato Navient 6% essendo in post con data di maturità dopo 2040 e con una storia che dimostra di fare belle escursioni in su e in giù , visti i 24,6 e avendo un discreto color verde sulla posizione ho portato a casa . Mia prossima candidata e' la DB 6,55 anche essa in post cal da tempo e ai prezzi di ieri sera 26,3 si incorpora nel prezzo circa 4 trimestri di dividendi , probabilmente fisserò un prezzo e attenderò . Ora con calma vedrò dove dirottare la liquidita
