Puerto Rico prepares for legal action from creditors

Puerto Rico is bracing for impending lawsuits following the island's second default in the past five months."It will be very costly for the commonwealth and our creditors," Governor Alejandro Garcia Padilla told CNBC. "Every dollar used to pay lawyers will be a dollar not available to pay creditors."The U.S. territory was able to pay the majority of the nearly $1B due to bondholders on Monday, but defaulted on two of the 13 bonds that had scheduled payments.Previously: Puerto Rico partly defaulting on bonds due on Monday (Dec. 30 2015)

Leggo che queste preferreds scambiano esclusivamente over-the-counter, se non sono registrate su NYSE, NYSE Arca, NYSE Amex, o Nasdaq Binck non le fa censire.

Jc Penney: +3,9% a/a vendite comparabili stagione natalizia

MILANO (MF-DJ)--Jc Penney ha registrato nel corso della stagione natalizia una crescita delle vendite a perimetro costante del 3,9%, a dimostrazione dei frutti prodotti dal piano di turnaround della catena di grandi magazzini.

Le forti performance di Jc Penny contrastano con quelle deludenti del concorrente Macy's, che a causa di un calo delle vendite tra novembre e dicembre del 4,7% ha lanciato un profit warning sul trimestre corrente e avviato una ampio piano di taglio dei costi.

Ha un dy del 7.20%. Doppia tassazione ma è l'unico modo per utilizzare la marginazione di binck sulle pref.
