Il 2 Maggio sta velocemente arrivando.

Al momento nessuna news da Amsterdam ( e non credo ce ne saranno nei prossimi giorni ), tanto tutto è stato già appianato!

Citigroup è tra i maggiori creditori ( se non proprio il primo della lista ) di Lehman Brothers.

Parrebbe un controsenso il massiccio acquisto documentatovi ieri.

Invece, secondo me, è in perfetta linea con una strategia processuale volta al massimo recupero possibile.

Ovviamente ero, sono e sarò dell'opinione che fino a quando registreremo trasferimenti di claim ci saranno speranze residue per noi.

Se un grosso e molto ben informato creditore come Citigroup continua ad investire in claims, questo smentisce i tanti commentatori che pensano "ormai siamo agli sgoccioli". Se Citi investe ancora non lo fa certo per rimetterci ma perchè vede ancora margini che altri non riescono nemmeno ad immaginare.

Questo dovrebbe essere l'ultimo adempimento della procedura fallimentare olandese nei ns/ confronti.

Fino al 13 Maggio nessuna udienza preso il Tribunale Fallimentare di New York - giudice Chapman.

Ma entro venerdì prossimo i ricorrenti devono depositare le loro conclusioni per le decisioni del caso.

Conosceremo gli esiti appena possibile.

Domani ci sarà la distribuzione finale di LBT.

Conosciamo da tempo la percentuale di questa ultima distribuzione ed il cambio previsto.

Ma da dove hanno preso il denaro?

Esso deriva da:

"receive a final cash distribution from LBT funded in large part with the proceeds of the sale of a portion of LBT’s intercompany claim against Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc."

Vuol dire che il denaro è stato trovato in gran parte ( quindi non totalmente ) della vendita di una porzione ( ancora non tutti !!! ) di claims intercompany contro LBHI!!!
