La previsione iniziale del POR di distribuire agli obbligazionisti circa 60/65 miliardi di dollari è stata ampiamente superata negli anni dal cash realizzato con la vendita di asset inizialmente di infimo valore.

La storia ci mostra un dato ormai incontrovertibile: LBHI sino ad oggi ha distribuito circa 115/120 miliardi ( parliamo di quasi il doppio di quanto preventivato inizialmente ).

Pursuant to section 8.11 of the Plan and the Order, for purposes of the Twentieth Distribution Date, the Debtors and the Plan Administrator will not recognize any transfer of Claims after February 22, 2020 (the “Record Date”).

The Debtors may not make any Distribution to a holder of an Allowed Claim unless such Claim holder has submitted or submits, on or before March 2, 2020, both the appropriate (i) Internal Revenue Service tax form (“Tax Form”) and (ii) certification pertaining to Office of Foreign Assets Control compliance (“OFAC Certification”).
