Ieri non avevo tempo, lo faccio oggi.

Il docket # 60632, quello postato subito prima, potrebbe valere moltissimo per noi.

In buona sostanza viene evidenziato che non tutti i claims precedentemente riconosciuti, e che quindi hanno partecipato alle varie ripartizioni, avrebbero avuto il diritto ad esserlo ( questo sempre secondo LBHI ).

Pertanto sia i relativi crediti che gli importi sin liquidati potrebbero ridiventare cash per la liquidazione finale.

Ovviamente non siamo noi ad esserne direttamente interessati, ma grossi fondi, banche ecc.

Non è dato al momento sapere se e soprattutto a quanto ammontino queste rivendicazioni di LBHI.
