Scusa l'ignoranza caro duetto ma a quanto ho capito che entro 30 giorni ci sarà una distribuzione di azioni x gli ex azionisti??? Oppure ho capito male

No, caro vareddi.

Ho solo evidenziato un aspetto formale della bancarotta che potrebbe in futuro impattare sulle speranze degli azionisti.

Speriamo bene......
Nel corso di questi anni nelle mie ricerche ho visto dare ragione a risparmiatori che avevano risparmiato in obbligazioni Parmalat, Cirio e Argentina.
Con le Lehman hanno fatto veramente una schifezza Banche e ABI con Patti Chiari.
Le loro responsabilita' sono palesi.
