Sottolineo la stretta connesione tra i destini di LBHI e LBT.
Ciò vuol dire che la procedura fallimentareLBHI non potrà terminare se prima non terminerà quella LBT.
A ben vedere l' estensione a tutto il 2025 della procedura fallimentare LBHI dipende in buona parte anche dalla tempistica prevista per la fine della procedura fallimentare made in Amsterdam.
Ciò vuol dire che la procedura fallimentareLBHI non potrà terminare se prima non terminerà quella LBT.
A ben vedere l' estensione a tutto il 2025 della procedura fallimentare LBHI dipende in buona parte anche dalla tempistica prevista per la fine della procedura fallimentare made in Amsterdam.

The husk of Lehman Brothers lost a bid to collect some $500 million on crisis-era subprime mortgage bond trades Wednesday when it suffered defeat in a trial over the proper valuation of credit default swaps.
Lehman Brothers International Europe, a London-based subsidiary of the defunct bank, has been fighting with Assured Guaranty Ltd over whether the bond insurance firm deprived LBIE of about $500 million when settling 28 credit default swaps in 2009. Assured didn’t use market prices when it closed out the swaps, tallying them up instead through a method LBIE’s lawyer said defied “the laws of financial physics” during a trial in 2021.

Ai fini della citata operazione di ristrutturazione, l’Ente ha sostenuto ingenti costi, pari a complessivi euro 65.799.236,00, rappresentanti il danno contestato dalla Procura regionale nell’atto di citazione, e ripartiti come segue:
- euro 43.678.532,00 a titolo di commissioni liquidate agli advisors per i titoli CDO;
- euro 761.109,38 a titolo di spese legali per la rinegoziazione dei titoli CDO;
- euro 3.148.985,82 a titolo di spese legali inerenti alle azioni di rivalsa nei confronti delle banche emittenti i titoli CDO;
- euro 17.590.641,74 a titolo di minusvalenza realizzata in bilancio a seguito della dismissione dei titoli Safir e del titolo Anthtracite;
- euro 619.967,06 a titolo di spese legali attinenti alla negoziazione dei titoli Lehman Brothers.

Caro Duetto, premesso che mio padre è un medico in pensione e che conosco (di nome) il prof. Dallocchio dai tempi dell'università (io avevo un altro prof, ormai più di 30 anni fa...), ma ti pare normale che ENPAM abbia investito in CDO???? E meno male che la Costituzione tutela il risparmio...
