Buongiorno a tutti, vorrei sapere se siete a conoscenza della liquidazione finale di questa LBT ISIN XS0148360042.
Dalla risposta del liquidatore olandese (mail di seguito) sembra essere completata, ma non ho certezza del possibile riparto americano.

On behalf of the liquidators of Lehman Brothers Treasury Co. B.V. in liquidation ("LBT") I inform you as follows.
1) Background information
Our firm is only involved in the liquidation of LBT. Therefore, I can only provide you with information regarding notes issued by LBT. All notes issued by LBT are listed on either the overview of Eligible Notes or the overview of Non-Eligible Notes (please see the LBT Website at https://www.lehmanbrotherstreasury.com/pdf/english/Eligible Notes.PDF respectively https://www.lehmanbrotherstreasury.com/pdf/english/Non Eligible Notes.PDF). Please note that LBT concluded a partial wind-down process (the "Partial Wind-Down") in 2019. Pursuant to the Partial Wind-Down only Qualified Noteholders could elect to receive Substitute Notes on account of all or a portion of their Eligible Notes during a certain time period. All other creditors, or Qualified Noteholders who chose not to substitute, received a last and final cash distribution (the "Final Distribution"). The Final Distribution was made on or around 2 May 2019. Following the Partial Wind-Down, all Substitute Notes correspond with only one new ISIN, namely XS1932636159 (the "Substitute Notes"). More information on the Partial Wind-Down and the Substitute Notes (ISIN XS1932636159) can be found on the LBT-website at Lehman Brothers Treasury Co. B.V. in liquidation.
2) The ISIN issued by LBT as mentioned in your email (ISIN XS0148360042) and your question
I checked the ISIN mentioned in your email (ISIN XS0148360042), and it is on the list of Eligible Notes, but it is not a Substitute Note. Please note that as a result of the Partial Wind-Down (see above), LBT has only made distributions on the Substitute Notes (and not to the noteholders who received the Final Distribution) as from May 2019. As a result of the Partial Wind-Down, no payments were (and will be) made on this ISIN mentioned in your email as from May 2019.
In your e-mail, you are not referring to the Substitute Note, and as a consequence we assume you are not a holder of Substitute Note. Please do let us know however if our assumption is incorrect.
