Anche negli USA periodicamente si pone l'accento sulla entità delle spese legali.

Questo avviene generalmente a chiusura del bilancio di amministrazione annuale.

Ed in effetti la cifra monstre pagata fino ad oggi da Lehman Brothers agli avvocati ed ai loro studi di appartanenza lascia chiaramente intendere che c'è un interesse, non tanto velato, a proseguire la procedura fallimentare fino a tutto Dicembre 2025.

Ricordo che il tutto doveva concludersi prima il 2020, poi il 2022, ora il 2025.

L'interesse ad estendere la tempestica è quindi del tutto evidente.

Considerando che siamo arrivati già a Gennaio 2024, ci toccano altri due anni di pena da sopportare.

17 anni di procedura fallimentare , pur considerando che siamo di fronte alla bancaratta più grande della storia , paiono effettivamente troppi.

E quel 17 lascia anche pensare!!!

Caro Duetto, hai super ragione: una procedura di ch.11 vergognosa, persino peggio di certe procedure fallimentari italiane...
