Ciò vuol dire che potrebbe essere possibile anche una distribuzione extra, anche da parte di LBT?

Stando a quanto riportato, LBHI dovrebbe erogare a Dicembre.

Solo dopo sapremo quando la corrispondente distribuzione LBT sarà stabilita.

Una cosa è certa: l'interpretazione letterale lascia qualche dubbio ma ritengo si tratti solo di una scrittura poco felice.

Creditors of failed U.S. investment bank Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. have lost their latest bid to get hold of the bank’s remaining assets after the U.K.'s second-highest appellate court on Tuesday dismissed a series of appeals over their entitlement to interest on their debts for periods after Lehman went into administration.

Creditors of Lehman Brothers, which went bust at the onset of the global financial crisis nearly a decade ago, have lost their latest bid for the bank's remaining assets.
