A Manhattan vendite e prezzi giù, mai così male dal 2009

Secondo uno studio di Douglas Elliman Real Estate e Miller Samuel, nel primo trimestre del 2018 il numero di vendite di abitazioni nell’esclusivo quartiere di New York è diminuito di quasi il 25% a 2.180 unità rispetto allo stesso periodo dello scorso anno. Si tratta del più grande calo dal secondo trimestre del 2009, quando il mercato immobiliare si congelò sulla scia della bancarotta di Lehman Brothers e della crisi finanziaria che ne seguì.

Comunque rimane un dato sconcertante: le procedure fallimentari USA e UK appaiono contrastanti su alcuni punti, antagoniste su altri.

Eppure avrebbero dovuto essere conseguenti, secondo le intenzioni dichiarate dei rispettivi amministratori.

Così non è sempre stato: a dimostrazione che questo chapter 11 ha molti elementi di difformità rispetto alla prassi consolidata!
