La prossima udienza è schedulata il 30 Luglio. In questo momento il giudice Chapman à seriamente impegnata con un altro chapter 11: aeromexico.
Ma nulla di comparabile col caso Lehman Brothers.

Ovviamente non è detto che la richiesta sia fondata.
Ormai sono passati troppi anni dall'acquisizione da parte di Barclays delle attività americane Lehman Brothers e, se non sbaglio, di mezzo ci si mette anche la successiva dismissione di esse da parte della banca britannica.
Oltre le varie decisioni del giudice Peck soprattutto ed, in parte, dell'attuale giudice Chapman.
Vedremo come sarà risolta questa questione.
