Da oggi sono definitivamente un ex obbligazionista LBT.

Ricordate quanto scrissi circa 1 mese addietro?

Bene, la banca, dopo aver perso la causa in primo grado, aveva 30 giorni di tempo per proporre appello.

Il termine ieri è scaduto e nessun appello è stato proposto.

Quindi la questione per me è definitivamente chiusa.

Il giudice ha disposto il passaggio dei titoli alla banca come conseguenza del risarcimento ricevuto.

Quindi non ho più diritto a ricevere eventuali , ulteriori distribuzioni future che andranno direttamente alla banca.

Ecco spiegato perchè da ieri sono a tutti gli effetti un ex obbligazionista LBT!!!
