 Mandate: plans a 20-year 500 million euro bond, as reported by IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.
 Guidance: Mid-swaps plus 145 bps area
 Managing bank: Bank of America Merrill Lynch

PEUP.PA)
 Mandate: French car company has set final terms of its dual-tranche deal. The three-year and six-year bonds will each be 500 million euros in size, as reported by IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.
 Each tranche was expected to be at least 300 million euros.
 Final guidance: 3-year bond at mid-swaps plus 248 bps vs refined guidance of 245 bps area and whisper of 250 bps area. Six-year bond at mid-swaps plus 285 bps vs initial whisper of 290 bps area.
 Managing banks: Credit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Societe Generale.
 Ratings: Moody's Baa3, S&P BB+, Fitch BB+
