Su questo solo ti vorrei contraddire.
Da parte mia - ma penso che il mio pensiero sia condiviso anche dagli altri mods - non c'è alcuna forma di astio o malanimo nei confronti di Shark, tant'è vero che proprio in questi giorni gli avevamo proposto di partecipare al meeting prossimo venturo.
Purtroppo al soggetto in questione non interessa nè la discussione pacata nè il confronto civile. Preferisce venire a scrivere su un forum che altrove deride apertamente, con interventi che nulla apportano da un punto di vista tecnico e in questi giorni sono diventati via via più irritanti da un punto di vista personale.
Prendo a prestito un'espressione di Paolo per ricordare a tutti che tirar su un muro bianco costa fatica. Tirarci contro una badilata di mer.da è un momento.
Abbiamo visto che altrove tale attività è non solo consentita, ma talvolta incoraggiata. Se qualcuno pensa di poterlo fare impunemente qui, però, sbaglia di grosso...

Abstract
A polyvinyl acetal resin varnish which is so low in stimulus property, toxicity, environment-polluting property, offensive odor, and inflammability that no problem is caused in practical use, and which is high in safety, low in viscosity, and thus favorable in workability, and an application of the polyvinyl acetal resin varnish are provided. As an organic solvent for dissolving the CIGS thin film semiconductor, which is converted into liquid, there is used a nonaqueous solvent, preferably carbonate ester, and more preferably a mixed solvent composed of cyclic carbonate ester and chain carbonate ester, into which the polyvinyl acetal resin is evenly dissolved regardless of its type, resulting in varnish which is high in safety and low in viscosity. Since the varnish has an action of gelling the organic solvent, the varnish can be used as a paint agent in various applications.

WHEREAS, on May 15, 2008, Parent issued and sold to the A-1 and A-2 Purchasers shares in the aggregate principal amount of $10,000,000;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and the mutual covenants in this Agreement, the Parties, intending to be legally bound, agree as follows:
"Conversion Price" means (i) with respect to the A-1 shares issued to the A-1 and A-2 Purchasers, $10.77 (after giving effect to the 1-for-5 reverse split of Parent's Common Stock on May 16, 2008 (the "Reverse Split")).
At the Second Closing, the A-1 and A-2 Purchaser shall deliver to Parent by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated by Parent no more than three (3) days after the Second Closing, $10,000,000 against delivery to the A- 1 and A-2 Purchasers of duly-executed new shares of Paint (after the “Reverse split”) to be exchanged on the Nasdaq National market.
