Io la prima settimana ho passato giorni insonni sognando i titoli..

Ho perso un mese di operatività.

Poi ho capito che nn ne valeva la pena, ho voltato pagina e ho ripreso a tradare come prima (con più attenzione), a vivere meglio di prima dando importanza alle cose che veramente lo meritano.

Tutto ciò che mi ridaranno sarà un regalo e lo tratterò come tale.

Se nn mi ridaranno niente avrò acquisito un'esperienza e un insegnamento che cmq mi hanno fatto crescere e mi ha insegnato il 'mestiere'.

Oggi ero già preparato alla conferma del l'offerta del ministro; la buona notizia non mi ha cmq cambiato la giornata. Ero incollato al forum, ma pensavo a una reazione diversa. Forse solo perchè nulla è ancora definito. Per una volta ci può essere una giustizia, ma dopo quanto passato nn riesco a vedere del sano e del giusto.

Comunque anche se non ci dobbiamo far prendere troppo da un "sano" ottimismo, credo che la prima sconfitta per il pork c' è stata,anche se con Cipro aveva già fatto una figura barbina...il problema è con i tagli da 50K abbiamo investito cifre notevoli e quindi la tranvata del rimborso =0 è stata amplificata. Bisogna continuare a trovare i punti deboli per avere quello che ci spetta e anche di più. Piedi per terra e arrivare fino in fondo tutti uniti. La crociera poi la paga Ferdo..naturalmente scerzouona serata a tutti...

Rispetto il tuo pensiero ma se mi sfondano la porta di casa e mi rubano cio' che possiedo e che mi sono sudato, se mai dovessi ritornarne in possesso,lo considererei un atto dovuto e non un regalo,non solo,pretenderei anche che il ladro rispondesse di cio' che ha fatto !!!!!

Comunque vada, l'azione del ministro su SNS ha fissato un precedente e aperto la strada verso linee guida europee che nei prossimi mesi saranno legge un po' ovunque.
Anche se dovesse restituire il prezzo di mercato + gli interessi + i danni, cosa che mi auguro e non ritengo impossibile, avrebbe comunque raggiunto un importante scopo politico. Lui vince in ogni caso.

You expropriate subordinated bondholders of a Dutch bank, SNS Reaal — insisting that the bonds “entirely lose their value, which would also have happened if SNS had gone bankrupt” rather than receive a €3.7bn bailout. It’s a huge precedent for bail-ins. It’s a new order. No reverse-ferreting.

Retreat number one — €50m for some creditors (via Bloomberg):

SNS didn’t properly inform investors of the risks associated with buying the participation certificates, a type of subordinated debt, the Utrecht-based bank said in a written statement today. The compensation for buying the bonds sold in June 2003 is equal to the nominal value plus interest investors would have earned on 10-year government bonds, it said…

Volgens de Ondernemingskamer heeft de Minister de aangeboden schadeloosstelling van nul Euro voor alle onteigende effecten en vermogensbestanddelen onvoldoende toegelicht. Het is aannemelijk dat het aanbod tot een schadeloosstelling van € 0,00 geen volledige vergoeding van de door de rechthebbenden geleden schade vormt, zoals de wet voorschrijft. De Ondernemingskamer dient dan ook een hogere schadeloosstelling vast te stellen. Daartoe heeft de Ondernemingskamer behoefte aan deskundige voorlichting. Partijen mogen zich schriftelijk uitlaten over de benoeming van deskundigen en over de vraagstelling aan de deskundigen…

That’s Enterprise Chamber’s thinking (in Dutch legalese) that the complete zeroing of SNS sub holders might have been “insufficiently explained”. Experts will look into higher compensation, taking account of what a market bidder would have paid for bonds on the eve of expropriation. (Presumably, not a lot.) Update – We should qualify ‘not a lot’… as noted in comments, market prices for the sub were far from rock-bottom at the time of the bank’s rescue.
Interestingly the court wants to look at whether prior state aid to SNS Reaal helped convince investors these assets had value. Awkward.
This isn’t a full reverse-ferret — the Dutch expropriation powers are still there — but SNS bondholders are headed to the European Court of Human Rights next…

Cosa dovrei fare?! Stare qui ogni giorno a pensare ai soldi che mi hanno rubato?!
Disperare per ciò che è successo?!
Per cosa, per chi?!
Forse ho enfatizzato troppo la cosa, ma il mio pensiero è questo, sempre. Nn disperare per ciò che è successo, non mollare niente e anche se cadi, rialzarti subito più forte di prima.

In questi mesi infatti una discreta parte di ciò che ho perso me la sono ripresa.
