oggi hanno tirato la corda alla grande.........
scaricato RSI , chiusi un bel pò di GAP UP di recente formazione.....insomma si son dati da fare........
considerando quanto detto nel primo post.........e che poi stante al ceo il mkt sarebbe di 2miliardi ma lui si attende sui 500m di fatturato, ribadendo che nn hanno altro.......e che stanno cercando un partner per il Silenor.......raccattare su tutto per 350-400milioni sarebbe buono (sempre che si sappia già che il Silenor andrà in commercio)
nn mi stupirei se facessero il deal, visti i volumi di questi due mesi......prima del 21 marzo.
la situazione qui è critica dopo 2 REVIEW FDA......... a gennaio però hanno dato da classe 1 senza nessun altra richiesta addizionale....
bhò stiamo a vedere, il riskio è alto......
vedi sta FDA come fa i giochini sporchi?speriamo non li faccia sempre e anche per quel farmaco che conosciamo.....

(Nasdaq: SOMX) shares dropped in the after hours market after the company announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $8.25 per share. The net proceeds from the sale of the shares, after estimated underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $45.9 million. The offering is expected to close on or about March 31, 2010, subject to customary closing conditions. Shares traded lower by 42 cents after the close.

gia' sapevo.ottimo titolino acquitstato swhitchando le nicox.mi complimento con me stesso per l'ottima intuizione.questo titolino a fine anno vale minimo 10 dollaroni.ottimo CEO che fa i fatti.l'accordo con P e G in parallelo ad rete propria.ottima mossa.ci sono e ci resto fino a quel livello.tanto le ho a un PM di 3,58

penso che questi vorranno rientrare dell'investimento a 8,5 quindi non e' da escludere che si apettino almeno 12
