Ven govt and Pdvsa suspend unilaterally all statutes of limitation and prescription clauses applicable to Ven bonds and enforcement actions whether NY law , Ven law or otherwise. Tolling and suspension will expire on day the earliest which US govt lifts sanctions or 12/31/28
