io stimo molto gli avvocati ma penso sempre sia meglio sfangarla da soli, se possibile.
Vediamo come finisce questa storia, in fondo manca poco.
Certo è che il mercato non crede ad un ritorno in carreggiata, al momento da la società ben indirizzata all'insolvenza vera e propria (guarda le quotazioni)

Tornando al discorso Maritime, stando agli esperti stava messa addirittura peggio dal punto di vista patrimoniale rispetto alla Holding.

Ad oggi abbiamo visto che per i creditori vi è stata una Recovery al 11%

Creditors of collapsed Singapore boxship trust Rickmers Maritime are to share $27m as the company completes the sale of its last vessels.
It said on Tuesday that HSH Nordbank and DBS Bank had approved the disposal of nine containerships to Greece's Navios group for $54m, plus an amount to support settlement of operational cash deficits.
Five vessels were sold earlier this year for $59m.
The money will pay off the amounts owed to the lenders by the Bertram Rickmers-chaired owner.

Ciao, quindi per la holding si potrebbe ipotizzare un recovery simile oppure no?

A me sta prudendo il buy....più che aspettando sto sperando di vedere il prezzo intorno a 2 meglio ancora se sotto per (ahimè) dover rientrare con 6/7k reali (circa 300k nominali), di conseguenza porterei il pmc intorno a 8/9, che ne pensi/pensate?

Teoricamente, leggendo i bilanci, la holding stava nella cacca ma la Maritime ancora di più.
Se peschi il thread apposito su altro forum trovi dei post di maste (utente preparatissimo) a conferma di quanto detto.

Sulla mia pelle ho tuttavia imparato che il mercato sbaglia raramente: se prezzano 3 vuol dire che ben che vada ci si aspetta 5-6 come RR effettiva.
Io son pronto per la mia seconda rata PAC; attendo qualche notizia interessante.
