Teoricamente no, tali problemi non ce ne sono, potrebbero decidere di chiudere l'etf ma nel caso l'investitore porterebbe a casa il numero di azioni che compongono ogni singola quota dell'etf sottoscritta a suo tempo, se per paradosso si dovesse fare un confronto con l'argentina (cosa che ritengo alquanto improbabile e lo sottolineo) dicevo facendo un confronto vediamo che i bond statali argentini sono andati in default ma chi avesse switchato nel culmine della crisi da bond a un fondo argentina dopo un paio di anni ne sarebbe uscito vincente con grossi gain.
Io lo ripeto investo in etf non perchè credo che la grecia dia default ma per il fatto che se avviene un futuro forte rimbalzo lo prenderei in pieno, tenete conto che la diversificazione in etf grecia si inserisce in un portafoglio altamente diversificato in cui la componente azionaria totale tocca ad oggi il 12% e in cui vi sono almeno 40 azioni italiane con cifre minime e ridicole e 12 etf che comprendono panieri di azioni............ ritengo che la diversificazione del mio 12% di capitale in azioni superi le 300 azioni considerando che ogni etf comprende panieri di azioni.
Uno dei fatti da tenere in considerazione acquistando un etf è che il paniere ha solitamente parametri precisi per cui quando un azione esce dai parametri viene prontamente rimpiazzata da un altra azione che rientra nei parametri o almeno si avvicina più della prima che è stata eliminata.
Acurefan mi faceva notare qualche giorno addietro che le azioni generali sono state cancellate dal etf eurostoxx 50 ....tenete conto anche di questo......ma se andate al post etf sicuramente il tutto è spiegato al meglio

Greece May Target Greeks Who Live Abroad With Special Bonds
The time when Greece will return to the markets is still uncertain, even if the economic team expressed optimism and hope that this will be feasible within the next year, without specifying the exact time.
But the Ministry of Finance may be also planning to ask a lending hand from Greeks that live abroad.
More specifically, it plans to issue bonds targeted exclusively to this category of investors. Market where the Greek element has a strong presence, such as the United States, Canada, Australia and Germany.
The Ministry of Finance estimates that the Greeks who live abroad will respond to this informal "call" for two reasons: the first is purely utilitarian, given the very attractive interest rates, and the second would be helping their homeland.
Even if concrete decisions have not been made, George Papakonstantinou seems to be in favor of such a possibility.

Grecia OTC ieri. Ancora una buona giornata per le scadenze fino al decennale. La chiave di lettura è probabilmente la stessa di ieri: la ricerca di rendimento porta a buone risalite dei prezzi sui titoli corti e medi, sui quali si registrano incrementi di diversi decimali, talvolta prossimi ad 1 punto pct.
Sui titoli più lunghi invece il fenomeno si affievolisce: già sulla scadenza 2019, l'incremento è limitato al massimo ad un paio di decimali, e si assottiglia fino ad esaurirsi, in linea di massima, sui titoli ultradecennali e molto lunghi. Sostanzialmente fermi i GGBei.

Greek market extends its positive streak on Friday, led by banks on M&A talk.
“With the Athens market retaining its short-term ascending momentum and as the trend of EU and US market continues to be positive, the GI is expected to realize another upward move during today’s session, at least in the start, with the remainder of the day being determined by the behavior of specific portfolios whose investment horizon tends not be very long. In this context, we expect the GI to open towards the 1,640 units, the latter being the region marked by the pass of the popular 30-days moving average, before retreating on short-term profit taking. In essence, we anticipate that at aforementioned levels supply is expected to increase significantly, possibly driving the Athens market towards the region of the 1,615 (yesterday’s close) – 1,600 (pivot point) units, with the GI retaining its short-term ascending outlook,” Pegasus securities says.
ATE Securities and Piraeus Securities point to the possibility of accumulation with Proton Securities saying that investors will keep an eye on US non-farm payrolls and Euro zone’s retail sales.
“M&A rumour activity has created a positive path in the previous sessions which has to be re-affirmed at the last session of the week,” Kyprou Securities notes.
Across the board, the General Index rises 1.26% at 1,633.72 with financials gaining as much as 2.22%.
Total turnover shapes at 36.15 mil. euro.

EU ΟΚs Greek Recapitalisation Scheme For Banks
The European Commission Friday said it has authorised under EU State aid rules a scheme for the recapitalisation of credit institutions in Greece by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (FSF).
The Fund΄s capital is €10 billion and is part of the euro-area/IMF financial assistance to the country. The Commission said the recapitalisation scheme to be compatible with EU rules that allow aid to remedy a serious disturbance in the economy of a Member State.
“The Financial Stability Fund is part of the financial assistance provided by the euro area and the IMF to Greece and is destined to safeguard the financial stability of the credit institutions in Greece and thus the provision of credit to the national economy. I am satisfied that the conditions under which Greece may use the Fund are in line with the rules on support schemes for the financial sector during the crisis which have been authorised previously in Greece and many other EU countries", said Joaquín Almunia, Commission Vice President in charge of Competition Policy.
The creation of the Financial Stability Fund is provided for in the May 3rd Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Specific Economic Policy Conditionality between the Greek Government, the European Union, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund. The FSF is set to last until 30 June 2017.
“Although the MoU and the FSF were agreed at the highest level in the euro area, the Commission must check that the conditions under which the banks will be recapitalised, for those that need it,, comply with the rules on the recapitalisation of financial institutions during the crisis,” it said.
On 21 July 2010, Greece notified to the Commission a request for approval of the recapitalisation scheme under the FSF until 31 December 2010. This time limit is due to the fact that the crisis-related state aid schemes are approved for six-month periods, whether they concern recapitalisation, loan guarantees or treatment of impaired assets, to be able to re-assess the situation according to the evolution of the financial markets. In any event, the limitation is without prejudice to the existence of the fund, which is established under Greek law until 2017.
“The objective of the Fund is to safeguard the stability of the Greek banking system when capital is not available through normal, generally private, solutions. It will provide equity capital to credit institutions by acquiring preference shares and, under certain conditions, common shares in respective banks. In case of preference shares, the scheme requires a remuneration of 10 % of the shares and insists on several behavioural restrictions such as a dividend and a coupon ban. Moreover, in principle all banks benefitting from the fund will need to present a restructuring plan to the Commission,” the announcement said.

Padoa-Schioppa: First Steps Of Greece Positive
Greece is on a “long journey” to recover from its fiscal crisis and that the government’s first steps are “positive,” Former European Central Bank board member Tommaso Padoa-Schioppa Friday told Bloomberg.
Padoa-Schioppa was chosen last August as an advisor to the Greek government.
He also noted that Europe has to rely more on domestic demand to fuel economic growth.

Commissione Ue autorizza Fondo per banche greche da 10 mld euro

BRUXELLES (Reuters) - Le autorità per la Concorrenza dell'Unione europea hanno dato la loro autorizzazione a un fondo da 10 miliardi di dollari per ricapitalizzare le banche greche danneggiate dalla crisi del credito, spiegando che il meccanismo è conforme alle norme Ue per gli aiuti.
Il Fondo Ellenico di Stabilità fa parte del pacchetto della durata di tre anni di prestiti, sul quale l'Unione europea e il Fondo monetario si sono messi d'accordo a maggio, per impedire che la crisi Greca si propagasse agli altri paesi della zona euro.
"Sono soddisfatto che le condizioni alle quali la Grecia potrà usare il Fondo sono in linea con le norme sulle misure di sostegno per il settore finanziario nel corso della crisi", ha detto il commissario alla Concorrenza Joaquin Almunia in una dichiarazione.
La Commissione europea ha inoltre specificato che il Fondo sarà in vigore fino al 30 giugno 2017.
