Tutto vero quel che dici, però temo fortemente che questa volta i tedeschi faranno veramente fatica ad aprire il portafoglio per l'Irlanda.
D'altra parte, da un punto di vista materiale, a quanto è servito - sui mercati - il salvataggio della Grecia?
Dopo aver stanziato soldi e aver avviato il programma di risanamento siamo ancora a discutere di default e haircut...
Non vorrei che si imboccassero nuove e più tortuose vie.
D'altra parte se è vero che anche qui le banche tedesche (e inglesi) hanno fatto il pieno di bond è altrettanto vero che da un punto di vista geostrategico l'Irlanda conta poco o nulla.
Si però se è servito a poco, al momento non è dovuto alla ripresa che stenta ad arrivare....perchè nessuno si aspetta la ripresa in un paio di anni.
Per ora ci si poteva aspettare solo una ristrutturazione del bilancio pubblico dei paesi in difficoltà, con taglio dei costi e aumento delle entrate. E queste manovre ci sono state, la buona volontà si sta vedendo.In Grecia l'austerity è reale, non è uno slogan.
Il problema è che Merkel e compagnia bella hanno fatto e disfatto.... se non mantieni una coerenza, i soldi degli aiuti li stai effettivamente vanificando.
Il punto è capire se ci tengono o meno a uscire dal clima di crisi.
Tanto l'Europa "virtuoso" come prestatore di ultima istanza, non sta rischiando capitali... male che va ha investito quei 110 miliardi al 5% annuo per 3 anni...mica male...E questo è comunque un credito privilegiato.
La Troika i suoi soldi li rivede sicuro e con gli interessi.... noi chissà....
Il punto ora è capire se vogliono realmente risolvere la crisi.
Perchè se le intenzioni erano reali, l'aiuto finanziario non aveva alcuna utilità se non quella di rendere liquida, non solvibile, la Grecia.
Quindi serviva a dare fiducia immediata ai mercati. Ma poi con coerenza devi continuare a pompare fiducia anche con le dichiarazioni. Altrimenti il meccanismo si inceppa. E così la Grecia avrebbe potuto via via finanziarsi sui mercati sempre più a lungo e sempre a minori costi.
Se la Merkel e Sarko non parlavano, secondo voi all'ultima asta che ha fatto la Grecia, i titoli li avrebbero piazzati a rendimenti minori o un po' al rialzo come è stato ? Il trend stava andando verso un abbassamento degli interessi e una ripresa della fiducia. E hanno affossato tutto...
Parlano della speculazione come "questo fantasma che si aggira per l'Europa" (in realtà il mondo intero, ma parafrasando Marx....) e poi sono loro ad alimentarla.
