a mio modo di vedere la merkel ha un gioco ambivalente.
sa bene che al crescere delle tensioni il bund sale di valore, e l'euro di deprezza.
questo permette di finanziarsi a tassi piu' bassi, e a favorire le esportazioni.
quando pero' si rende conto che sta affondando troppo il coltello, allora tira giu due tre parole, in modo che il ballo puo' continuare
detto questo che la credibilità e il concetto di euro senza la grecia verrebbe meno lo sa il mio gatto, e lo sa ovviamente anche lei.
quindi tira le corda finchè puo', se percepisce che la cosa diventa pericolosa rigira un po' il discorso e tante buone cose..

Greece - MFA - Meeting with Nicolas Sarkozy
We had a very good discussion with the President, Nicolas Sarkozy. I want to express my gratitude for the strong support that he himself, his government and of course the French people have given to Greece during this critical period for our economy; very strong support and helping Europe but also Greece deal with this financial crisis;
Mr. Sarkozy has recognized the great efforts and the positive results that Greece has had over the past year in dealing with this crisis and dealing with its very large deficits. We have been able to cut our deficits even more than the target was, which was 5.5%; we have cut it by 6% this year.
We also were able to discuss the proposals on the new stability mechanism for the European Union, one which has come out of course as a necessity from this crisis and we have, I think, a common approach; we need a strong economic governance in Europe, we need economic governance which also promotes not only stability but growth, growth and jobs; we need a mechanism which can be funded through different forms and different ways; our proposal is that tax, such as the financial transaction tax or CO2 taxes or euro bonds could be important revenues and resources for funding such a mechanism and of course we believe that this mechanism will further create stability for Europe and for our economy.
We also of course had a chance to discuss the priorities that France taken on the chairmanship of the G20, issues as tax heavens, regulation on the banking system, the imbalances that exist around the world whether they are currency or food, food security; these are issues which are in our agenda; very important issues, of course job creation is a question which the world leadership needs to live up to and not only talk about but also act, act on.
We also of course had discussions on our bilateral relations, very good bilateral relations but also the wider political issues in the region, relations of France with Greece but also the European Union with the region, Turkey, the Middle East, issues which of course are very much of an importance for Greece as we are in this region and we do want to see the strengthening of peace, that peace process move forward and at the same time
I was able to inform president Sarkozy about our initiatives in the Mediterranean concerning the climate change that Greece has taken as initiative as a matter of fact with Turkey and a number of other countries in the region to move forward on the climate change issue to be able to save the Mediterranean and we did so in view of the Cancun meeting in Mexico. So thank you very much I will say now a few words in Greek.

la descrizione del valore, nel bene e nel male, del "discorso" politico.
Se con le chiacchiere, e senza spendere un soldo, si può "dirigere" il mercato, perché mai la Merkel, come tutti gli altri, non dovrebbe farlo.

La Merkel ha quindi sottolineato, riferendosi alla crisi della Grecia e alle critiche di numerosi partner Ue, che i "buoni europei" non sono sempre quelli che agiscono in fretta,ma quelli che agiscono in modo saggio. La cancelliera non è entrata nel merito del caso Irlanda, ma ha tenuto a sottolineare l'importanza politica della situazione: é necessario prevenire altre crisi, ha detto, "si tratta di qualcosa di grande", della "idea di pace dell'Europa".
Un concetto, questo, che rischia di essere facilmente dimenticato "se si parla solo di meccanismi di crisi, diritti di voto, trattati, cultura della stabilità, ombrelli di salvataggio, Fmi (Fondo monetario internazionale), moneta, Bce (Banca centrale europea) e molto altro", ha aggiunto.
Bene, bene, la Merkel finalmente dice che non bisogna parlare solo di meccanismi economici, ma sottolinea l'importanza della Politica, della grande idea di Pace in Europa.
Chi mi legge da un po', non vede per caso qualche concetto da me già postato decine di volte in questo thd ?
Concetti che sono alla base della mia operatività in Grecia. Se questi concetti venissero confermati dai fatti, altro che rimbalzo dei titoli della Patria dei greci

Final tally of local gov't elections
(ANA-MPA) -- With the final count completed from Sunday's second-round local government elections, ruling PASOK-backed candidates were elected as regional heads in eight of the country's 13 regions, the new geographical administrations created under the Kallikratis local administration merge plan, with the remaining five regions won by main opposition New Democracy (ND) backed candidates.
PASOK-backed candidates also won 73 of the country's 325 municipalities, while ND-backed candidates won in 41 municipalities. (ANA-MPA / klp-paste)
Outgoing Athens prefect Yianns Sgouros, who was backed by PASOK, will be the Attica region's first elected regional head or governor, with a percentage of 52.87 percent and 61 seats on the regional council, against 47.13 percent and 12 seats for ND-backed Vassilis Kikilias.
The biggest "winner", however, was abstention, which reached an all-time high of 53.23 percent, sharply up from 39.01 percent in the first round the preceding Sunday, while blank and spoiled votes reached 11.67 percent from 5.49 percent in the first round.
The second round was also characterised by surprise upsets in the country's three largest cities, with a "change of guard" in Athens, Thessaloniki and Piraeus.
In Athens, PASOK-backed candidate and former Greek Ombudsman Giorgos Kaminis carried the vote with 51.94 percent against incumbent mayor Nikitas Kaklamanis with 48.06 percent, while in Thessaloniki PASOK-backed Yiannis Boutaris prevailed with 50.20 percent over ND-backed Costas Gioulekas with 49.80 percent.
Conversely, ND-backed Vassilis Mihaloliakos won the mayoral race in Piraeus with 51.76 percent against PASOK-backed local government veteran Yiannis Mihas with 48.24 percent.
Another surprise was recorded in the western port city of Patras, where Ioannis Dimaras, the candidate jointly backed by leftist parties, carried the vote with 53.63 percent against 46.37 percent for the PASOK-backed Constantine Katsikopoulos.
