Of DOW JONES NEWSWIRES ATHENS (Dow Jones)--Greece Wednesday reached an agreement with its international lenders on the final draft of next year''s budget by adopting up to EUR4 billion in additional measures, a senior government official said. A visiting of European Commission, the International Monetary Fund and the European Central bank officials--known locally as the troika--were in Athens for the third day of talks Wednesday on how Greece could achieve its 2011 deficit target of 7.6% of gross domestic product. "The budget has been basically been agreed to in a meeting between the troika and the Finance Minister George Papaconstantinou.
