Anche i BUND 2,25 al '20 e gli OAT 2,50% '20 quotano intorno a 90, in discesa senza freni da oltre un anno.

Se pensate che quelle della grecia 6,5% '14 quotano intorno a 84 (e corrispondono alla maggiore spezzatura del debito greco).

Direi che la situazione è di incertezza generale del "mondo" sull'europa, prima si svegliano tutti e cominciano a collaborare, prima arriva il gain (termine che aborro).

La discesa, con qualche intervallo di risalita, di Bund e Oat è dovuta alla dinamica "tassi", visti in rialzo verso il terzo trimestre del 2011.
Ovviamento il TF è penalizzato, visto che sullo spread non è possibile guadagnare più di tanto ...
In particolare gli OAT hanno avuto qualche sbandamento in più rispetto agli omologhi tedeschi per via della discussione sulla tripla AAA francese.

Hai ragione Pastelletto! Ormai quasi tutta Europa è molto deeeeebole, ormai è da mesi che vediamo molto rosso sui book ma fino a che resistono a pagare le cedole....Per quel poco di esperienza che ho non mi meraviglia il rosso di ggb, btp e portogallo , mi meraviglia un pò l'oat 2020 che ho in carico e che continua a poco a poco a scendere. Quando l'ho comprato credevo di aver preso una sicurezza ma anche i galli d'oltralpe forse risentono anche loro del "clima", alla faccia della grandeur scivinista. Per ora mi consolo con l'Austria , Polonia e con la bei 2013 in rand sudafricani 8% (fantastico).

L'Austria ha tenuto bene, non sottovalutare però l'esposizione delle banche austriache verso i paesi dell'Est: in particolare verso Ungheria e aree sud/est europee a "rischio".
Tempo fa, ora sono troppo cari (ma forse li riprenderemo più avanti), al posto dei Bund prendevo titoli KFW, equivalenti, ma un pelino meno "cari".

CRISI: GRECIA GIUDICA INACCETTABILE RICHIESTA UE-FMI SU PRIVATIZZAZIONI


(ASCA) - Roma, 12 feb - La Grecia giudica inaccettabile la richiesta dell'Unione Europea e del Fmi di realizzare un robusto piano di privatizzazione per reperire 50 miliardi di euro in 4 anni. Il portavoce del governo di Atene ha dichiarato che l'esecutivo considera ''inaccettabile'' le richieste avanzate da UE, Bce e Fmi. ''Abbiamo chiesto loro di aiutarci e stiamo mantenendo i nostri impegni. Ma nessuno puo' entrare negli affari interni del paese''.

La Grecia aveva pianificato un programma di cessione di asset pubblici in tre anni per un controvalore di circa 7 miliardi di euro, ben inferiore ai 50 miliardi sollecitati dalla troika UE, BCE e FMI.

Grecia: 240 milioni di euro da rinnovo licenze GSM





sabato 12 febbraio 2011 La Grecia punta a ottenere oltre 240 milioni di euro dalla vendita e dal rinnovo delle frequenze per la telefonia mobile, secondo quanto affermato nei giorni scorsi nel corso di una conferenza stampa da Leonidas Kanellos, presidente dell´authority greca per le telecomunicazioni, EETT; la Grecia dovrebbe avviare l´asta per le frequenze, la cui concessione durerà 15 anni, entro l´autunno; l´iniziativa dovrebbe contribuire a risanare il bilancio del settore ellenico della telefonia, duramente colpito dal regime di austerity in corso in Grecia. I diritti sullo spettro di frequenze GSM, attualmente appannaggio di Vodafone e di Wind Hellas, scadranno nel settembre 2012; l´asta per il rinnovo delle concessioni per la telefonia mobile si inserisce nel più ampio processo di privatizzazioni avviato dalla Grecia per onorare il debito contratto nei confronti di UE ed FMI.

Il complesso delle frequenze è stato diviso in quattro pacchetti che verranno messi all´asta singolarmente, e che dovrebbero raggiungere un prezzo compreso trai 61 ei 90 milioni di euro ciascuno, in base alle stime effettuate prendendo come riferimento i parametri internazionali del settore. Gli analisti sono tuttavia scettici rispetto al reale raggiungimento di tali prezzi, che appaiono troppo altri rispetto allo stato in cui versa il settore della telefonia greca.

Un quinto pacchetto di frequenze, attualmente lasciato a disposizione dell´esercito, potrebbe in seguito essere messo sul mercato.

Nel corso del 2010 il mercato della telefonia mobile in Grecia ha subito una contrazione a un tasso a due cifre, a causa della concorrenza tra gli operatori, e dal crollo nell´utilizzo dei servizi ad esso connessi a causa della recessione e dell´austerity. Dopo aver ristrutturato il proprio debito per due volte in un anno, Wind ha subito un cambio di proprietà, mentre Vodafone sta perdendo terreno nei confronti del leader del mercato Cosmote, una costola dell´ex monopolista di Stato OTE. Se le due compagnie non saranno in grado di acquisire i diritti, la loro capacità di offrire ai propri clienti nuovi servizi anche a prezzi elevati sarà gravemente compromessa. Secondo i dati dell´ETT, Cosmote detiene il 47 per cento del mercato della telefonia mobile greca, seguita da Vodafone col 30 per cento e da Wind col 23.

'Interference in domestic affairs'




(ANA-MPA)The Greek government late Friday night sharply criticised the European Commission (EC), European Central Bank (ECB) and International Monetary Fund (IMF) 'troika' of interfering in the country's domestic affairs, calling the troika's attitude "unacceptable".

"We asked them to help, and we are honoring our commitments to the utmost. But we did not ask of anyone to interfere in the country's domestic affairs. Everyone must understand their role. And we will make this clear to all our partners," government spokesman George Petalotis said in a late-night statement following a troika press conference earlier in the day.

"We have need, but we also have limits," Petalotis said, adding that "we will not negotiate the limits of our dignity with anyone".

"We take orders only from the Greek people," the spokesman stressed.

Interior minister Yiannis Ragoussis, speaking in Veria on Saturday, stressed that the exclusive responsibility lies with the Greek government, adding that "the Greek people have not given a mandate to any troika representative to interfere in the country's political life and give lessons".

Ruling PASOK's National Council secretary Michalis Karchimakis, in his own statement on Saturday, slammed what he called "ultimatum-like recommendations and orders".

ND: Sack FinMin


Main opposition New Democracy (ND) on Saturday demanded that finance minister George Papaconstantinou be immediately sacked, in the aftermath of the EU-IMF troika's press conference on Friday and the government spokesman's late-night reaction.

ND press spokesman Yiannis Michelakis rejected the government's criticism of the troika rejected the government's reaction as "hypocritical", calling it a "post-midnight theatrical farce", and accused the government of having decided the measures together with the troika, while also charging that it was the government's tolerance that allowed the troika to become so brazen and to insult the dignity of the Greek people.

Michelakis, in a statement, further said that Friday's "televised abolition of the government by the troika, which insulted the dignity of the Greek people, had already been effected with the Memorandum the government signed in jubilation". He added that the "delayed indignation" by the government aims only to dupe the Greek people, who felt rage over the "insulting attitude of the foreign partners of the government".

ND further charged that the members of the government "knew full well both the intentions and the decisions of the troika" and had decided them together with the troika, and personally blasted the prime minister that the troika representatives were given the go-ahead by Papandreou himself. "How else can one explain the unbelievable ease with which they want us to sell off the state assets or the insulting references to the people's reactions to the harsh measures?"

The main opposition spokesman further recalled the proposals for exiting the crisis that had been submitted in July 2010, in which ND insisted on exploitation of the state assets "and not selling off the family silver".

KKE: No to fiscal dialogue


The Communist Party of Greece (KKE) "refuses to take part in the government's proposed dialogue for the so-called fiscal strategy program", a party announcement said on Saturday.

The KKE said that there is no meaning to such a dialogue "with a government that brought to Greece the Memorandum and all those barbarous mechanisms that seek to boost the profits of capital at the expense of the most fundamental rights of the working people".

The KKE announcement further said that the government "already has the consensus of the industrialists, the shipowners, the big-time merchants...the entire forces of capital".

It added that the people must respond to the "plutocracy's war" with its own war, beginning with disobedience and struggle for the popular authority.

Tsipras bashes Memorandum




Coalition of the Left, Movements and Ecology (SYN) leader Alexis Tsipras charged on Saturday that "the Memorandum did not come to reduce the debt...the substance of the Memorandum was the demolition of the social conquests, the dissolution of labor relations and the sell-off of the country's entire state assets, as the high-ranking IMF staff members unashamedly announced yesterday (Friday)".

The aim, via internal devaluation, is to make the Greeks poorer and the capital stronger," Tsipras said to a meeting of his party's Central Political Committee, and accused the government of having chosen "on whose side it is on", and called the government spokesman's reaction to the troika press conference "a pretext".

"The government has selected its road, that of the Memorandum, of social bankruptcy and economic impasse," Tsipras said, adding: "If the government does not agree with general sell-off, does not plant to sell-off the country at a bargain price, then what is it seeking consensus for?"

He called on the government to publicly and clearly condemn the Memorandum, not the troika staff.

Tsipras further charged that, at the recent EU summit, the Greek government "already agreed the 'constitutionalisation' of the Memorandum, of poverty", and "now, they are acting surprised".

"And all this, in absentia of the people but also the national parliament," he said.

Tsipras also criticised main opposition New Democracy's (ND) and ND leader Antonis Samaras' stance as "anti-Memorandum rhetoric", noting that in July 2010 Samaras had criticised the PASOK government of not proceeding with a "bold advancement" of privatisations.

Sì questa cosa degli irs me l'avevano detta, per fortuna attualmente NON devo rivendere anche se la perdita sarebbe attorno al 3%.
Cmq il +10% (sicuri) al 2020 sul capitale potrebbe anche essere interessante per qualcuno quindi si può anche pensare di incrementare se scendono ancora, tenendo d'occhio il rateo ecc.

Cmq sembra una malattia legata ANCHE all'interesse basso e ai 10 anni di scadenza rispetto ad altri sempre tedeschi e francesi che ancora quotano bene.
