Scusa ma in quale borsa è quotata questa novasep? L'unica che ho trovato è quella del lussemburgo, ma è aggiornata al 29 dicembre 2010 prezzo 70 circa.

Jan. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Allied Irish Banks Plc’s offer to
buy back more than $5 billion of subordinated bonds at 30
percent of face value should be accepted by investors, “as a
second offer will be made under worse conditions,” Alexander
Plenk, an analyst at UniCredit SpA said in a note today.
“The Irish government is currently preparing respective
legislation, and has shown its willingness to enforce losses,”
Plenk said in the note.

Yioula Glassworks ha perfezionato l'accordo raggiunto lo scorso mese di dicembre con EFG Eurobank Ergasias per la rinegoziazione di due linee di credito da 14 e 30 mln in scadenza. I nuovi prestiti scadranno nel 2015 e saranno rimborsati ogni sei mesi a partire dal prossimo mese di giugno.

Financial advisers to Eircom have held informal briefings with some of the creditors owed €4.2bn by the company.
The talks followed the departure of finance director Peter Cross late last month. Discussions were held to reassure creditors that plans to tackle the telco's debt were progressing, a source said. Only a minority of creditors are believed to have been contacted so far. A spokesman for Eircom said the company had no comment to make on the issue.
The contact with creditors is understood to have been initiated after some of them became frustrated by the slow pace of progress on the case, and worried that Mr Cross's resignation would set the timeline to restructure the debt back further.
Finance director Mr Cross was the main point of contact between the company and its creditors before he stepped down at the end of last year.
Some lenders hope Eircom's Singaporean parent STT will inject cash into the business to help the company comply with the terms of its bank loans, which are due to be tested in March.
A source who took part in some of the informal discussions said STT was unlikely to invest fresh cash without a wider restructuring that included asking lenders to write off some of what they were owed.
The price being paid in the market for Eircom's senior bonds has dropped from 50pc of face value before Christmas to a little over 40pc this week.
One lender to the company said the bonds were falling on the continuing uncertainty around the company's plans and on fears the Irish economy could deteriorate further. More junior bonds rarely trade and are valued at around 10 cent in the euro.

L'agenzia bulgara che controlla i ricavi delle stazioni di servizio di carburante (NRA) ha fatto chiudere 40 postazioni su cui aleggia il sospetto di contrabbando di prodotti petroliferi. Non è dato sapere se fra queste rientrano anche i brand di Petrol AD, ma è molto probabile anche solo per un semplice calcolo probabilistico: la maggior parte delle stazioni di servizio è di Petrol. In ogni caso va detto che la pratica di vendita illegale di combustibili in Bulgaria è molto diffusa e sottrae risorse finanziarie al fisco che poi ci va giù pesante coi trasgressori. A parte ciò, il 24 Novembre scorso Petrol ha convertito crediti in scadenza per 200 mln BGN in equity nei confronti di Naftex, secondo più grosso azionista di Petrol (42%) in grosse difficoltà finanziarie (equity negativo per 177 mln BGN) . Ne è derivato, quindi, un mancato incasso di fondi per Petrol che a Ottobre dovrà rimborsare un bond in scadenza da 100 mln di euro.

The shareholders of Bulgarian fuel retailer Petrol decided to finance its wholesale subsidiary Naftex Petrol through a debt-for-equity swap. Petrol plans to transform into equity a BGN 200m out of total BGN 300m loans, extended to its subsidiary in a bid to improve its insolvency and enable it to finance its operations through bank loans. Despite the positive results from core activities this year, Naftex Petrol's accumulated losses from negative revaluations led to the company's complete undercapitalisation. In addition, the wholesaler registered a negative equity of BGN 177m as of end-June.

Considerando che una ricapitalizzazione di Petrol è di fatto impossibile per Naftex (ma anche per l'altro azionista di maggioranza, Petrol Holding, che sostanzialmente è solo una scatola vuota di controllo) e che nelle casse di Petrol al 30 Settembre c'erano 16 mln BGN, il rimborso del bond in scadenza diventa arduo (il rendimento si avvicina al 50%), nonostante i conti siano in tendenziale miglioramento. Questo non significa necessariamente che Petrol sarà insolvente, ma che - come scontato nel prezzo del bond - si possa prefigurare un rimborso cash + equity oppure solo equity, perseguendo la strada già intrapresa per l'estinzione dei debiti infragruppo.
