KTG Agrar 2017 DE000A1H3VN9 quotazione in picchiata intorno a 80. Ci sono bad news? Io non trovo nulla....

Niente di particolare a mio avviso, salgono e scendono tutti i mini bond tedeschi in questo periodo. Oggi avevo scritto all'investor relation di KTG, questa è la sua risposta. Sembra che la settimana prossima escano buone notizie su KTG.

in our opinion the reason for the drop is external. The drop began last week with the problems of German Pellets. Not only KTG bonds are dropping put also many other bonds in the segment without any newsflow.
Next week we will have positive newsflow.

è un po' che non seguo KTG, fatemi vedere se ho capito bene cosa è successo:
- la società è sempre più indebitata
- i conti sono buoni
- recentemente ha venduto la divisione russa per 20m (che ebitda produceva?)
- ha rimborsato un bond da 40m (da dove sono arrivati gli altri 20?)

perchè è sempre più indebitata? Lo stock di debito è importante, sarebbe ora di destinare il cash flow alla riduzione del debito.....
Leggo anche di un piccolo aumento di capitale fatto in giugno, chi lo ha sottoscritto?

Grazie .giovedì scorso volevo vendere tutto,qualcosa non sono riuscito e al momento tengo quello (più o meno il 20% del ptf)ma non è frutto di una scelta :

Barminco l'ho anche io. Sto provando da settimane a liberarmene intanto che non ci perdo niente ma invano. E' sistematicamente illiquida
