If the required quorum is not reached at the first noteholders' meetings, invitations will be issued immediately to the second meetings, which are expected to take place on 3 and 4 June 2024 in Heidelberg.

If we do not reach the quorum of 50% of the outstanding bonds at the first noteholders' meetings, we will invite you to a second noteholders' meeting for the purpose of passing a new resolution. At the second meetings, a reduced quorum of 25% of the outstanding bonds will apply. If this quorum is also not reached, the management will have to decide how to proceed. The room for manoeuvre would then be very limited. However, we are confident that it will be possible to achieve the quorum at the second meeting at the latest.

E ho chiesto Abo Wind 7,5% in collocamento

Ricevute oggi ed una parte già vendute a 100,75
Tasso definitivo 7,75%

Quorum non raggiunto..sulla 29 presente solo il 15 per cento…sono più ottimisti per la seconda assemblea..ma la strada è’ tutta in salita..sto rientrando ora
