Pur non trovando un esplicito riferimento al famoso ISIN IT................. ( distribuzioni sospese da tempo ormai per problemi con Bank of New York Mellon ) non escluderei pregiudizialmente che le risultanze non possano riguardare anche quest'ultima materia che sta a cuore ai possessori di quel titolo, ora non ricordo chi su questo forum.

Se dovessi saperne di più, pubblico immediatamente.

Penso proprio di si. Comunque stessero le cose, al tuo posto resterei fiducioso. Non chiedermi perchè, ma il mio sesto senso mi dice che alla fine riavrete quanto dovutovi con le distribuzioni sospese.

Il 7 Marzo 2018 dovrebbe essere una giornata molto impegnativa per il giudice Chapman: non oso immaginare quante volte apporrà la sua firma su svariati provvedimenti!

Infatti, tra Bank New York Mellon e Lehman Brothers sono ancora in discussione ( nel senso che sono ancora pendenti ) structured finance transactions.
