Mi sono preso la briga di entrare nel merito della prossima udienza: è veramente singolare come l'appellante "inviti" il giudice a prendere una decisione definitiva sull'annosa questione.

Quasi a voler dire: decidi come ti pare, ma finalmente decidi una volta per tutte, ( perchè siamo arrivati allo sfinimento: questo lo aggiungo io ) .
