The next distribution is expected to be made on April 6, 2022, to holders of allowed claims that
have submitted the required tax forms as well as the OFAC Certification form (which is a
certification form consistent with the requirements of the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the
U.S. Department of the Treasury).

Le difficoltà di chiudere la procedura fallimentare Lehman Brothers entro il 2020, come originariamente stabilito dal Plan, portarono all'estensione delle attività di liquidazione sino alla fine del 2025.

Questa ulteriore estensione dei termini, probabilmente, fu dovuta alla criticità di alcune situazioni ancora sub iudice . Poi, se il giudice sia solerte o si affidi alle calende greche questo è un altro discorso.

Fatto sta che la carcassa di Lehman Brothers continua ancora a sfamare avvocati &Co.

Tanto che si starebbe pensando, sull'esempio di Lehman Brothers, di introdurre un limite temporale alla procedura di Chapter 11.

Intanto noi continuiamo a ballare.

Al momento, confermata l'udienza del 15 Marzo 2022 presso il giudice Chapman - Tribunale Fallimentare di NY.
