Chiudiamo il 2022 con la procedura fallimentare LBHI ancora in itinere.

Per la verità pure la procedura LBT è ancora in corso, anche se solo per gli istituzionali. Poichè LBHI interviene come garante di LBT tutto fa presagire che il chapter 11 LBHI non potrà concludersi se prima non viene azzerata completamente la procedura fallimentare presso il tribunale di Amsterdam. Al limite le due conclusioni potranno essere concomitanti.
