A margine della nota vicenda legale finita male per gli attori, sarebbe cosa buona e giusta pretendere copia conforme della quietanza a saldo sia di parti convenute vittoriose in primo grado e non appellate ( quindi sentenza definitiva ), sia dei legali di parti convenute e di parte attrice. Stessa cautela anche verso le spese di CTU e CTP.
