As previously disclosed, on September 15, 2008, Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. ("LBHI") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Bankruptcy Court"). Together with the Chapter 11 cases thereafter filed by certain subsidiaries (collectively with LBHI, the "Debtors"), the cases are being jointly administered under the case caption In re Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., et. al., Case Number 08-13555 (the "Chapter 11 Proceeding") pursuant to Rule 1015(b) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. On March 6, 2012, the Modified Third Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and its Affiliated Debtors (the "Plan") became effective.
As contemplated under the Plan, on November 29, 2017, LBHI, the Plan Administrator, filed the Quarterly Financial Report as of October 5, 2017, which includes Balance Sheets and Post-Thirteenth Distribution Cash Flow Estimates (collectively, the "Quarterly Financial Report") of LBHI and Other Debtors and Debtor-Controlled Entities (collectively, the "Company") with the Bankruptcy Court. A copy of the court filing is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Fourteenth Distribution Percentages Announced for Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and Its Debtor Affiliates

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (“LBHI”), as Plan Administrator, announced today in a court filing the percentage recovery that will be distributed on December 7, 2017 to holders of allowed claims against LBHI and its various affiliated Debtors (collectively, “Lehman”).
Lehman’s aggregate fourteenth distribution to unsecured creditors pursuant to its confirmed chapter 11 plan will total approximately $3.0 billion. This distribution includes (1) $2.3 billion of payments on account of third-party claims, which includes non-controlled affiliate claims, and (2) $0.7 billion of payments among the Lehman Debtors and their controlled affiliates (see Exhibit B to the court filing, Docket #57065, for further detail). Cumulatively through this fourteenth distribution, Lehman’s total distributions to unsecured creditors will amount to approximately $122.0 billion including (1) $89.9 billion of payments on account of third-party claims, which includes non-controlled affiliate claims and (2) $32.0 billion of payments among the Lehman Debtors and their controlled affiliates.
The interim timing of this distribution was approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on October 30, 2017 (Docket #56904), pursuant to a motion filed on October 9, 2017 (Docket #56324), which sought to accelerate the distribution of proceeds from a settlement with Citibank, N.A.
In accordance with the chapter 11 plan, which was confirmed on December 6, 2011, and subject to available funds, the Lehman Debtors’ fifteenth distribution to creditors is anticipated to be made within 5 business days of March 30, 2018.

è sempre un piacere leggerti.
Provo a chiarirmi ad alta voce le idee e correggimi se sbaglio...adesso dovrebbe partire una distribuzione straordinaria pari allo 0,78% per i possessori LBT, e la chiusura della piano di riparto è stata posticipata al dicembre 2019, ergo è estremamente probabile che sia confermata la tradizionale distribuzione di aprile.
Se così fosse sarebbero ottime notizie al di là delle previsioni.
