Domani pomeriggio importante udienza presso la Corte Fallimentare di NY, giudice Chapman, sull'accordo extragiudiziale di alcuni giorni fa tra Lehman Brothers e Credit Suisse!!!

Lehman Judge Approves Deutsche Bank Claim Payout Plan

- A New York bankruptcy judge on Monday approved a payout process for holders of general unsecured claims against Lehman Brothers Inc. that will allow the holders to sell their remaining interests to Deutsche Bank AG as the defunct brokerage nears the end of its Chapter 11 wind-down.

In addition to approving a $170 million distribution of funds to general unsecured creditors of Lehman’s brokerage unit, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Shelley C. Chapman authorized the estate trustee to give claim holders the option of cashing out now instead.

2-Nel 2010 (3 anni prima di morire) aveva iniziata ad occuparsi di una class action negli Stati Uniti per difendere alcuni risparmiatori finiti nel crac della Lehman Brothers, (1) societa' vicina ai Rockefeller

Quante inesattezze!

Certo duetto..la cosa più eclatante sono i conflitti di interesse tra queste lobby che non vorrebbero si creasse un precedente,campando sulla perpetua ignoranza.Prima in cucina pensavo al povero David Rossi,misteriosamente scomparso, precipitato dalla finestra e nessuno ha visto niente,buon giorno.

Ceramente ricorderete Lamco: ne abbiamo parlato più volte.

Dopo mesi e mesi di oblio si torna a parlarne: perche?

Perchè sarebbe giunto il momento, secondo fonti solitamente ben informate, di un suo utilizzo di sistema.

Sarà vero, sarà falso? Al momento non ci sarebbe alcuna ufficialità.

E' però il caso di ricordare che le sacre scritture fanno riferimento a Lamco non come asset manager, ma come veicolo che potrebbe servire a gestire quegli asset residui che man mano dovessero essere eventualmente esclusi dalla liquidazione immediata, che è appunto lo scopo della procedura chapter 11.

Comprendete bene come questa eventualità potrebbe essere intimamente connessa con quella notizia di cui vi parlai tempo fa e che potrebbe dare una svolta a tutta la vicenda.

Torno a rimarcare che queste, al momento, sono solo ipotesi!
