La Corte d’Appello di Bologna, con sentenza n. 625, ora ha confermato quanto già stabilito dal Tribunale di Parma con la sentenza n. 87 del 2016, con la quale si dichiarava il contratto nullo per difetto di forma, condannando l’impresa assicuratrice Quadrifoglio Vita S.p.A., oggi AXA MPS Ass.ni Vita S.p.A., alla restituzione della somma versata di € 208.921,58, oltre interessi e detratte le cedole riscosse e dichiarando anche la banca che aveva proceduto alla vendita del prodotto, ossia la Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, a tenere indenne la prima degli importi che avrebbe dovuto corrispondere.
