Plan of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and Its Affiliated Debtors, dated December 5, 2011 1
[ECF No. 22973] (the “Plan”), and the Order In Aid of Execution of The Modified Third Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. And Its Affiliated Debtors, dated January 31, 2013 [ECF No. 34348] (the “Order”), the twenty-first Distribution Date is scheduled for October 1, 2020 (the “Twenty-First Distribution Date”).

The Plan Trust shall terminate on the earlier of: (i) thirty (30) days after the final distribution of all of the Stock Distributions in accordance with the terms of this Trust Agreement, the Plan and the Confirmation Order and the cancellation of the Plan Trust Stoc
