MolMed: submitted the utilization request concerning the third tranche of the share capital increase to be reserved to Société Générale pursuant to

The subscription price of the Shares of the Third Tranche, equal to Euro 0.4173 per Share (of which Euro 0.0471 represents capital and the remainder represents share premium), has been determined in the three trading days following the submission of the relevant Utilization Request by MolMed (i.e., from 19 September 2017 to 21 September 2017 (included)), and is equal to 95% of the Volume Weighted Average Price (“VWAP”) of the ordinary shares of the Company as calculated over such period.
Pursuant to the SEF Agreement, with a notice dated as of today, SG has confirmed to subscribe for No. 9,011,721 ordinary shares of the Third Tranche, corresponding to the 2.025% of the share capital of MolMed, for an aggregate amount of Euro 3,760,592.00

Premetto di essere ignorante ( che poi è il punto di forza della mia persona ). Allora, se arrivano soldi da un socio che non sta facendo altro che rispettare un accordo, non mi aspetto un più 10, ma non mi spiego un meno 3....

Ma stramerda questi continuano a chiedere soldi, fatturato che scende, non escono un accordo che sia uno, è ovvio che venga voglia di vendere venderei anch'io ...
