Anche il fatto di indire il CdA proprio appena entro il tempo limite, la dice lunga su come alla Nicox si aspetti sempre l'ultimo momento per fare le cose. Su questo sono daccordo coi detrattori: si tirano sempre per le lunghe le cose.
