Are any new clinical trials or other studies required following the results of theDenali trial?•
No, the Mont Blanc and Denali trials have met the requirements for safety andefficacy at Phase 3 for submissions of New Drug Applications in the United Statesand China. To the best of our knowledge, no new studies of any type are requiredfollowing these results.

Is everything on track for the submission of an NDA?•
All remaining NDA-enabling studies and steps necessary to support the U.S. NDAsubmission are on track and no data collection is ongoing.

Are there any patients in clinical trials for NCX 470?•
No, there are no patients in any clinical trails for NCX 470. All clinical trialsnecessary for the submission of an NDA have been completed.

Have the plans for the NDA submissions changed following the results of theDenali trial, or any additional costs been incurred?•

No, there have been no change in the plans for the NDA submissions as a resultof the Denali trial and no new costs are expected to be incurred.

When will the NDA be submitted?•

The Company currently expects to submit the NDA in the U.S. in H1 2026, withsubmission of an NDA in China to follow that. The costs of the NDA submissionsare the responsibility of our partners, Kowa and Ocumension.

si ma allora si potrebbe fare anche una class actions per le parole fuorvianti (che possono chiaramente aver influito molto sul crollo di quel giorno )di Spencer perche' ha detto che ci volevano altri studi e quindi e' fuorviante o fatta da persona che non sa e non conosce il mercato e come vanno usate le parole

le class action per le bios è una invenzione americana .Nessuna class action contro biotech ha dato soldi indietro delle perdite agli azionisti . e' solo un modo da truffa tipicamente americana degli avvocati USA per spillare soldi. Diverso il discorso delle class action serie contro multinazionali o industrie ad esempio del tabacco o contro le assicurazioni sanitarie che non pagano i loro clienti....quello è un altro discorso.
