All Europe banks systemically important-Bini Smaghi

WASHINGTON, Oct 12 (Reuters) - In Europe all banks are considered to be systemically important and therefore will not be allowed to fail, European Central Bank Executive Board Member Lorenzo Bini Smaghi said on Sunday.

He was referring to the phrase used by euro zone finance ministers and the Group of Seven financial leaders that no systemically important financial institution would be allowed to fail. Asked at a business breakfast which banks were systemically important and which were not, Bini Smaghi said:

"Systemically important banks in Europe means all banks."

mah che dire soldi per tutti in tutti i modi possibili ... è la soluzione giusta ? Può essere .. ma un unico dubbio mi rimane ... chi alla fine pagherà ?

lo commentiamo questa sera.. fate conto che il grafico della situazione attuale è aggiornato al 23 settembre...

Come detto prima il grafico postato era aggiornato al 22 settembre la correzione a questo punto in termini reali è sugli stessi livelli raggiunti nel 1938 e che poi ha portato ad una crescita economica sub par fino al 42 quando l'economia di guerra fece ripartire i mercati..... che vissero
lunghi periodi di difficoltà....
E' evidente a questo punto che la correzione del 2000 se non fosse stata fermata dalla creazione di una nuova bolla sarebbe stata una correzione molto piu profonda.

L'ideale sarebbero le banche e le istituzioni finanziarie nei prossimi vent'anni.....
