Non mi hai capito. Intendevo dire che una eventuale salita dei prezzi (dovuta all'opa) si esaurisce tra venerdi' e lunedi'. Poi magari la salita potrebbe continuare per altri motivi (riduzione del premio per il rischio, etc).

3 gg sono un'eternità..cmq sulla Irs MM al lavoro,sulla Fixed si tengono indietro

A me preme capire una cosa,se vendo a mercato no problem,ma in caso il prezzo non fosse congruo ,partecipo all'opa,e mando un fax con i miei prezzi di vendita,mettiamo 55 e 80.L'emittente riceve le offerte e decide fino a dove accettarle?o fà la media?

ti dicono prezzi in ask bassi

ma se provi a comprare anche size irrilevanti i MM scappano..
x la precisione parlo delle emissioni lt2 tasso variabile..

insomma tempo perso

oltre a cio' nella tender (ricevuto pdf poco fa da un amico) si legge:

As the Purchase Price applicable to each Securityholder who validly submits a Tender Instruction which
is accepted by the relevant Offeror is determined by reference to the price at which the relevant Securities
are tendered in the relevant Tender Instruction, the Purchase Price payable to each such Securityholder
will not necessarily be the same.

normalmente asta olandese funziona che tu inserisci il tuo limite di prezzo

poi arriva l'emittente e dice io accetto tutte le offerte fino a tot

quindi se tu hai messo prezzo limitato maggiore dell'offerente resti fuori

altrimenti sei dentro.

questo di fatto favorisce l'emittente, che ha aggiunto la seguente clausoletta

dove si capisce che se te ad esempio limiti prezzo a 40 per essere sicuro di essere preso sicuramente loro potrebbero anche eseguirti a 40... mentre un altro lo eseguono a 45, un altro a 43 un altro a 46 e via dicendo..
