Cmq tutte sul rimborso a 1 cent non sul taglio delle LT2 in sè. Quello che è stato boccato è il trattamento discriminatorio tra chi aveva accettato lo scambio e gli ho. In ogni caso la legge inglese prevede le CAC in via generale per i bond, mentre non penso ciò valga per la legge olandese. Tra l'altro non sò se qualcuno sà da quale legge sono retti i prospetti delle sub di sns. In particolare la SRLEV in CHF è retta dalla legge olandese o dalla legge svizzera?

la 155 dovrebbe essere:

Thank you for your email and your interest in TUI AG.

The hybrid bond of TUI AG has basically no final maturity date. It is part of our long-term capital structure and serves as a replacement for equity. We have therefore decided not to use the first redemption option at the end of January 2013.

By the non-redemption of the bonds, the annual interest rate changes of fix "8.625%" until 30.01.2013 to variable "730 basis points (7.30% p.a.) over the three months Euribor", the interest shall be payable quarterly in arrears on January 30, April 30, July 30 and October 30 of each year. In the future TUI has the right to redeem the bonds on any floating remuneration payment date.
