L'IR di IKB parla di compensation agreements, e poi value recovery rights degli hybrid...non so tradurlo esattamente, credevo fossero gli aiuti di stato, ma comunque sembra ci voglia ancora un po'...

E' la frase riportata quando fecero tender offer lo scorso anno, ma non c'entra niente con gli aiuti di stato.
Logicamente minacciavano il non pagamento per ottenere una % più alta di adesioni...

come gia' scritto le 2 offer di ikb erano delle "sole"
fallite entrambe, miravano a tenere bassi i prezzi mentre la stessa ikb ricomprava a mercato
un po' come ha fatto bp con italease
qusto pero' non vuol dire che sicuramente saliranno
