Allargamento degli spread (Government e Corporate). Quello che non torna e' la discesa finale che e' coincisa con il restringimento delllo spread del BTP. Chiaramente non compensato dal Volatility Adjustment. Ci vorrebbe un po piu' di chiarezza comunque.

Parecchi top manager poi se ne sono andati via. C'e' molta confusione nella societa'.

French insurer AXA plans to cut its dividend to 0.73 euros per share from a planned payout of 1.43 euros, the firm said on Wednesday, in order to preserve cash amid the coronavirus pandemic.
AXA added that it could consider proposing an additional fourth-quarter shareholder payment, of up to 0.70 euros per share, if financial market conditions improved.
Insurers across the world have been slashing their dividend payouts in order to preserve cash as the health crisis hits businesses across the world.
The European Union's insurance regulator had urged insurers and reinsurers in April to suspend temporarily dividends and share buybacks, while British insurers cancelled more than 1 billion pounds of dividends in April.
Last month, AXA said the crisis would have a material impact on its 2020 earnings and added it could face claims of about 500 million euros (445.09 million pounds) for event cancellations.
AXA has also said it will meet the bulk of business interruption claims from some restaurant owners in France, after losing a court case seen as a potential precedent for coronavirus-related disputes across the world. RTRS

Intesa Sanpaolo lancia bond 10 anni Tier 2 da min. 300 mln sterline - Ifr 03/06/2020 11:50 - RSF
LONDRA, 3 giugno (Reuters) - Intesa Sanpaolo (ISP.MI) ha avviato il collocamento di un bond Tier 2 a 10 anni da minimo 300 milioni di sterline.

Lo riferisce Ifr, servizio di Refinitiv, precisando che il rendimento è in area 520 punti base sul Gilt 2030 benchmark.

Il pricing del titolo con scadenza 10 giugno 2030 è atteso oggi.

Intesa ha dato mandato per l'operazione a Morgan Stanley.
