Purtroppo per quelli in usd almeno per quelli in mio possesso e al momento NON credo e mi spiego:
Ottima la notizia che le cedole dei governativi in rub siano state accreditate dalle depositarie alle banche e poi ai risparmiatori ( sanzionati) ma il motivo è perchè la Russia nei primi mesi aveva inviato alle depositarie le somme in rub ( e non in usd in quanto esclusa dall'utilizzo del dollaro) ; tali somme sono state trattenute dalle depositarie ( a mio giudizio, in modo del tutto illegittimo e fraudolento) e con lo sblocco sono arrivate a destinazione.
Per le cedole del titolo in mio possesso (Russia, 12.75% 24jun2028, USD (MK-0-CM-119, XS0088543193, RUS-28), dal giugno 2022, la Russia non ha inviato le cedole alle depositarie che le avrebbero confiscate ( a mio giudizio derubate a noi risparmiatori) ma trattenute in un fondo speciale presso la Banca Centrale Russa.
Ed è questo il punto, per ricevere le cedole, la Russia dovrebbe inviare i soldi alle depositarie ... ma sempre con il rischio di confisca ( furto a nostro danno ) secondo i famosi valori della democrazia eruopea ( è ironico)

Europe is set to unfreeze a portion of Russian assets.
According to Russian newspaper Vedomosti, the Belgian depository Euroclear will handle the "unfreezing" process. The aim is to compensate investors whose funds were affected by Russia's counter-sanctions against the EU.
The publication reports that Belgium's treasury has granted Euroclear permission to unfreeze certain funds. While the exact amount of the unblocked funds is not disclosed, Vedomosti explains that there will essentially be an "exchange" of frozen assets between Russia’s National Settlement Depository (NSD) and Euroclear. Previously, the NSD had debited funds from Euroclear accounts of foreign investors and paid out Russian investors. Now, the Belgian regulator has allowed these funds to be reimbursed to foreigners from similar assets frozen in Euroclear. In essence, this move does not affect Russian investors' interests but is a swap of assets. Russian investors have already received their compensation domestically, while foreign investors will now be compensated by Euroclear in Europe.
Russian financial experts interviewed by Vedomosti view this unfreezing of Russian assets in Europe as "an important political signal from the European Union to Moscow, signaling that mechanisms for the partial lifting of sanctions are being explored in case a de-escalation deal is reached."
