Buonasera, possedevo (ahimè) n. 10 pezzi del certificato XS2313904729, scaduto il 17/07.
La Banca (Iwbank) mi ha accreditato complessivamente € 57,54, mentre dai miei calcoli l'importo avrebbe dovuto essere notevolmente diverso (strike a 76,99 $, il giorno di scadenza l’azione valeva 27,2 $, il valore di rimborso da me calcolato 353,29 € X 10, dato dal rapporto tra lo strike e il valore del 17/07 rapportato al prezzo di emissione di 1000).
In seguito a segnalazione, la banca mi ha confermato l'importo che mi ha accreditato...
Ho scritto una mail anche a SG (emittente del certificato) ma al momento non ho ricevuto risposta.
Cosa posso fare? Non essendo un assiduo investitore in certificati, è la prima volta che mi capita di trovarmi in una situazione del genere...

• Deutsche Bank on Wednesday reported a net profit of 763 million euros ($842 million) for the second quarter of 2023, narrowly beating expectations despite a 27% year-on-year decline.
• The bank’s net profit attributable to shareholders slightly topped a prediction of 737 million euros in a Reuters poll of analysts, while net revenues rose 11% year-on-year to 7.4 billion euros.
• However, second-quarter non-interest expenses rose 15% year-on-year to 5.6 billion euros, with adjusted costs up 4% to 4.9 billion euros.
