Finlandia propone società Lussemburgo per garanzie da Grecia

BRUXELLES, 29 agosto (Reuters) - La Finlandia ha proposto che gli asset pubblici della Grecia siano trasferiti a una holding basata in Lussemburgo, che li dovrebbe detenere come garanzia dei nuovi prestiti che saranno versati ad Atene, secondo un documento interno consultato da Reuters.
Il piano, tracciato a giugno, rimane un punto fondamentale della richiesta finlandese di avere collatarali in cambio di ulteriori aiuti. Se non otterrà ciò che vuole, il paese nordico potrebbe fare un passo indietro sul salvataggio greco, creando nuove tensioni sui mercati finanziari.

Calcola che ne avevo 66k € adesso ne ho 415 k€ e ho sbagliato pure un ordine ...anzichè acquisto ho messo vendita ed ho dovuto riacquistarle ....per 30 + 30 6o k praticamente l'l 80% degli scambi forse più l'ho fatto io ..minimo 54,90 45 k e massimo 55,69 60 k ...

Greek Industrial Prices Rose By 9.1%
The Greek Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) announced that the Producer Price Index in Industry (PPI) in July 2011 compared with July 2010 recorded a rise of 9.1%. The index in July 2010 had recorded an increase of 6.1% compared with July 2009.
According to an ELSTAT report, the PPI in July 2011 compared with June 2011 recorded a rise of 1.1%. The index in July 2010 had recorded an decrease of 1.1% compared with June 2010.
The twelve-month average index, from August 2010 to July 2011, compared with the same index of the period from August 2009 to July 2010, increased by 7.1%. The previous year the twelve-month average index had increased by 2.9%.

Grecia, cda Eurobank e Alpha Bank approvano fusione

ATENE, 29 agosto (Reuters) - Le banche greche EFG Eurobank (EFGr.AT: Quotazione) e Alpha Bank (ACBr.AT: Quotazione) hanno annunciato oggi che i rispettivi consigli di amministrazione hanno approvato la fusione.
"(La) fusione di due banche del settore privato altamente complementari, con sinergie sostanziali e una chiara logica strategica... giocherà un ruolo chiave nella ripresa economica della Grecia" si legge in una nota cojngiunta dei due istituti.
EFG Eurobank e Alpha sono rispettivamente la seconda e la terza banca della Grecia.
L'operazione avverrà attraverso uno swap azionario nel rapporto di 7 azioni Eurobank per 5 azioni Alpha Bank.
La fusione prevede un piano di rafforzamento del capitale da 3,9 miliardi di euro.
L'unione dei due istituti dovrebbe portare a sinergie pre-tasse di 650 milioni in tre anni.

German Investments In Greece
Under the Greek-German business plan, two new investment projects are launched, according to weekly newspaper Kefalaio.
The first project, launched by the Greek Ministry of Environment and Energy, aims to produce power of 3,000-10,000 MW of photovoltaic power.
The Church of Greece handles the second plan in collaboration with German companies.
Everything began, after German Minister W. Schäuble stated that Greece could sell sun and energy, while German media promoted collaterals for the country’s assistance to Greece.

Comunque io continuo a chiedermi se in termini di rischio/rendimento non siano meglio le azioni, specie i bancari Italiani.
Basta vedere che oggi in Grecia NBG sta facendo +30% circa.

Pensate quanto ci metterebbero con un minimo periodo di euforia, qualora il mercato sappia trovare un pretesto, UCG ad andare a 1,5 e ISP a 1,8-2.
Sono rialzi fattibili in un giorno o due (di ordinaria follia al rialzo)...
Poi sul lungo periodo continuo a credere fermamente che il nostro destino è l'effetto Giappone. Ma i rimbalzi nel mezzo di questo lento e progressivo processo deflazionistico faranno paura.
Questo perchè le borse sono fatte per salire, questo è stato il paradigma degli ultimi 60 anni e quindi il mercato è incredulo nelle discese, pensando sempre "a questi prezzi sono regalate". Non siamo consapevoli di essere entrati in un nuovo trend secolare. E così sembra sempre che le discese sono contingenti e congiunturali, ma le sorti future sono sempre magnifiche e progressive.
Basta vedere che oggi in Grecia NBG sta facendo +30% circa.

Greece-Troika In Talks Ahead Of 6th Aid Tranche
Greek government and senior troika officials have begun crucial negotiations for the disbursement of sixth instalment and the new loan agreement. EU/ECB/IMF representatives arrived on Saturday and agreed on a strict stance towards Greece.
The government attempts to ask for more flexible deadlines regarding the coverage of deficit, as the recession is estimated to deepen. But, the troika is disposed only to accept the change of target to 8% of GDP from 7.6%
A renegotiation has already been launched in order to maintain this objective and new measure –of immediate effect- are possible.
The government attempts to postpone decisions for December because the newly adopted measures are not implemented yet (VAT increase, uniform payroll, etc). But the troika calls for major cuts.
Government officials note that the international lenders were too harsh the previous days, making clear that the deficit should be reduced by all means.
