A beh ti calcolano anche il patrimonio immobiliare....
Basta che siano realmente progressive, con molti scaglioni.
L'unico inconveniente è che rimanere liquidi e non investiti sui patrimoni finanziari (anche se con quest'aria che tira me che ti investi...) e lasciare case sfitte diventa un costo ulteriore, perchè non ti rendono nulla e ci paghi le tasse su.
In Italia per bilanciare, si sono portati avanti...se investi paghi sul dossier titoli

Bounced Cheques, Unpaid Bills Reached €1.7b In August
Unpaid bills of exchange and bounced cheques have reached €1.7 billion in August 2011, according to interbanking company Tiresias.
In Jan-Aug 2011 period, 126,411 cheques and bill of exchange were bounced, with corresponding entries in Tiresias’s black list.
According to Tiresias, 15,000 cheques of total value €153.6 million were bounced in August, reflecting a decrease of 60.9% compared with July and by 19.7% compared with August 2010.
Unpaid bills reached 13,500 worth €22.52 million.

ATHENS, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Greece's economy will stay in recession for a fourth consecutive year in 2012, the country's finance minister said on Thursday.
"We must all realise how deep the recession is to understand the divergence from the troika's (EU/IMF/ECB inspectors) projections in May 2011. We must realise ... that there is a cumulative recession over three years which will now become four years," Finance Minister Evangelos Venizelos told parliament.
