Come ormai ben sapete, l'anno scorso ( giugno 2020 ) ho vinto la causa contro la mia ex banca.

La banca non propose neppure appello, viste le motivazioni inequivocabili della sentenza di primo grado.

Oggi mi arriva la notifica di un atto giudiziario, mittente l'ufficio del registro, che reclama circa 15mila euro per quella sentenza.

Obbligati in solido, io e la banca.

In realtà questo denaro doveva essere già stato pagato dalla banca, uscita sconfitta nella vicenda.

Evidentemente non lo ha fatto e, pertanto, l'ufficio del registro ha notificato a tutte le parti del procedimento la sua richiasta di denaro.

Ora devo cominciare a scrivere.

Vi farò sapere!!!

Stessa cosa accaduta a me.
Il problema che a me erano arrivati allora, 4 anni fa, più di 86 mila euro. Quando ho visto l'f24 mi è venuto un colpo.
Dopo è risultato che non dovevo niente.......
Quello che ho passato lo conoscono un pochi....

Di sicuro c'è solo una cosa.
Ognuno deve decidere secondo quello che pensa. Per me daranno una miseria e penso, anche se non lo so', che ci potrebbero essere degli sviluppi positivi.
I soldi non li regala nessuno. Se danno una cifra è quasi certo che almeno quella pensano di raccoglierla in futuro. Si tolgono un po' di rompi scatole.
Questa è una mia opinione, ma solo mia.
