Nessuna novità di rilievo sul versante Lehman Brothers.
Siamo tutti in attesa di conoscere il nome del nuovo giudice che porterà a termine questa annosa questione.
Per certo non sarà un giudice del secondo circuito, considerato che ormai le questioni ancora pendenti si trovino tutte presso la Corte d'Appello.
In realtà, a noi serve un giudice che si assuma la responsabilità di decidere le ultime incombenze e chiudere la partita senza aspettare il 2025.
Personalmente penso che, presumibilmente, dopo Ferragosto ne sapremo di più ( anche se negli USA non esiste Ferragosto ).
Bene, anche per questa settimana è tutto.
Buone vacanze a tutti voi.
Ovviamente, se dovesse esserci qualche notizia di un cewrto rilievo, non dubitate, la pubblicherò come sempre.
